Conor Doyle, CFA

CEO & Co-Founder

Conor was born and raised in Springfield DelCo. After graduating from Springfield High School he attended Penn State University, and earned a degree in Finance. He began his career at J.P. Morgan’s Private Bank in New York, investing in hedge funds on behalf of high-net-worth clients.

He returned to Philadelphia to join CenterSquare Investment Management as an investment analyst, where he made recommendations for a $10+ billion Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) portfolio. Conor relocated to Austin, Texas to join a hedge fund, Balyasny Asset Management, where he continued his stock-picking career and worked on a $4+ billion long/short REIT strategy.

Stepping away from stock-selection to pursue his passion for direct real estate investing, Conor became Head of Investment Management & Strategy at a real estate wealth management technology company and managed a $15m portfolio of residential real estate. He helped clients build, manage, finance, and optimize real estate portfolios ranging from hundreds of thousands to several million in value.

Throughout his career, Conor naturally took on the role of trusted advisor to family, friends, and ultimately clients navigating real estate transactions. In 2025, he co-founded Six Ten Real Estate with his sister, Morgan, and embarked on a mission to raise the bar for the real estate profession. Together, they aim to bring the same level of rigor and strategic thinking that Wall Street applies to stocks and bonds to the most valuable asset most people will ever own — their home.

Conor is a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania, working under the Joseph Dougherty team at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach.

Morgan Doyle, MBA

COO & Co-Founder

Morgan brings a strong foundation in finance and business strategy to her role as co-founder of Six Ten Real Estate. A Delaware County native, she double majored in Finance and Art History at The College of William & Mary, combining analytical rigor with a deep appreciation of design and aesthetics.

She began her career at Gibraltar Capital and Asset Management, a subsidiary of Toll Brothers, where she was involved in acquiring and managing real estate assets. Gibraltar invested in and repositioned dozens of complex real estate situations, ranging from commercial properties to undeveloped residential land. Morgan played a key role in the company’s strategic growth, including its $400M joint venture with a major institutional investor.

After earning her MBA from The Wharton School at The University of Pennsylvania, Morgan has held senior finance roles at high-growth, entrepreneurial companies, including Pattern Brands, a portfolio of digitally-native home goods brands, and TRLab, a cutting edge fine art and technology startup. In these roles, she led financial planning, strategic operations, and business development, gaining hands-on experience in building and scaling businesses.

Her work across real estate, eCommerce, and tech has given her a deep understanding of what it takes to operate and grow successful companies - as well as how people connect with physical and digital spaces. In 2025, Morgan partnered with her brother Conor to launch Six Ten Real Estate, driven by a shared vision to raise the bar for residential real estate.
